Weird Things You Didn’t Learn About Your Significant Until You Moved In Together

The Morning Mash Up’s intern Eric has been living with his girlfriend for sometime now and mentioned some interesting ticks and habits she has that he never noticed until they lived together. One of them is that she sleeps with her eyes open, which is definitely different.

Nicole said she never realized her boyfriend’s love of dry cleaning slips until she started finding those little pink & purple notes they clip to your dry cleaning all over their apartment. Rich discovered that his fiance’ likes to eat in bed and doesn’t like to eat at the table sitting up.

What funny or weird things did you not find out about your significant other until you moved in together?

After moving into our apartment together I soon came to realise my husband has this strange obsession with watching the news. It may be border line OCD… He has to watch the 11o’clock news EVERY night before we go to bed! I’ve tried to no avail to get him to watch something.. Anything but the news. I tell him I can recap the news for him and he’ll never miss a thing… The economy still sucks… There was some violent act that happened… And the weather is still cold… There no need to watch the news now! :)

This one makes me laugh every time! My husband would not go to the store and just buy toilet tissue because he is afraid people will think he had run out of toilet tissue while using the bathroom and he had to run to the store to get more.

After I moved in with my boyfriend and his mom I found out that he still has his mom tuck in his uniform shirt!! He’s 21!!

After I moved in with my now ex boyfriend, I learned that he smokes a lil something you shouldn’t before he goes to bed on occassion! He was able to hide it for 4 years from me.

Nicole; I konw a lot of people that do this and on occasion I am one of those people. I just helps you sleep. My GF was pretty mad when she found out as well.
