Recently, Forbes pinpointed the most stressed-out cities in America by measuring a variety of factors, from unemployment and long work hours, to lack of exercise and poor physical health.

So what city came in at #1? Las Vegas, Nevada. While the city is famous for it’s excitement and energy, attracting tourists from all over the world, it turns out that residents of the city are not so carefree!

Coming in at #2 was Los Angeles, California, followed by Houstin, Texas. Check out the rest of the list here to see if your living in a stressed out city!

This weekend Nicole is traveling up to Maine for 4th if July weekend and usually, when she and her boyfriend Matt go, they drive. But this time, because it’s a holiday weekend, she’s decided to fly. It’s already about a 5-6 hour drive but with traffic it’ll end up being 8-9 hours.

Nicole’s boyfriend is leaving the night before and driving through the night to avoid traffic. But since Nicole has to work, she’s just going to take a flight out once the show is over. If they tried to drive up at 2 or3 in the afternoon they’d be stuck in miles of non-moving cars.

Most of the time, people tend to drive to where they are going unless it’s really far away. But at what point do you decide that driving isn’t worth it and that you’re going to fly instead?

The U.S. Department of Transportation is proposing a ban on peanuts after the mother of young girl with a severe peanut allergy expressed her fear to get on an airplane with her daughter. Ryan believes a total ban on peanuts is unnecessary. After all, only the most dangerous allergic reactions are caused by ingestion.

While only one percent of the general population is affected by peanut and tree nut alleges, it remains the leading cause of fatal and near food-allergic reactions, according to CNN. The Morning Mash Up is planning a vacation to Jamaica together during the Thanksgiving holiday, but it is sort of a couples vacation. The problem is that Ryan is the only single one of the group. Rich is bringing his girlfriend, Nicole is bringing her boyfriend, and Stan is bringing his wife.
