Yesterday, Rich overheard people talking about the Yankee game and how they needed to do in the next game of the world series. The way these guys were talking, “they” wasn’t just the team, but the guys as well. They were talking about them as if they were a part of the team. There are so many of these kinds of people in sports – people who truly believe they are part of the team.

Nicole says there are tons of people like that with vampires now because of shows like True Blood and Vampire Diaries, and the Twilight movies and books. We all know someone who takes their hobby, passion, job, or interest waaaay to seriously. What does someone you know take so seriously that you want to say “Whoa! Slow down there tiger!”

Nicole found these pictures of micro pigs and had to show Rich and Ryan. They are becoming rather popular in the UK, and are so cute that Nicole is maybe considering getting one as a playmate for her puppy Phoebe. Maybe. Micro pigs are about the size of a large guinea pig or small rabbit.

We have to admit, they are pretty darn cute. Rich and Ryan don’t know how they feel about this. They love bacon so wouldn’t having a pet pig be a conflict of interest? What do you think about micro pigs and having them as pets? Would you want one?

If you are not a vegetarian, and you had a pet pig, would you stop eating pork products? I mean, it would be weird petting your pet pig with one hand and eating one of their brethren with the other. Oh, and they cost 700 British pounds, which is just over $1000 American dollars.

Heroes star Masi Oka on The Morning Mash Up

Everyone’s favorite time traveling TV hero is visiting The Morning Mash Up! Heroes star Masi Oka, aka Hiro, gave Rich, Nicole, Stan and Ryan some scoopage on the new season, the whole Hayden and Milo relationship, plus his work with Star Wars creator (and Nerd God) George Lucas. Also, we find out Masi’s humble choice for a car, and what super power he would LOVE to have on Heroes. Oh, and Masi will also test Stanley T’s Japanese, since he thinks he understands it. Apparently, Google Earth proves the existence of the Loch Ness monster. At least that’s what a lot of people are saying based on the above photo. The existence of the Loch Ness monster has been debated for years upon years. There are some who are addament about it’s existence, and others who look at it as just an urban legend and nothing more. It’s pretty much the same with Big Foot, aliens, and ghosts.

There are people who are positive they exist, and there are those think it’s a complete crock. We’re constantly watching shows with some sort of video “proof,” and are looking for a reason to believe. Nicole believes in ghosts, and both her and Ryan feel that somewhere in this vast universe, there has to be another form of life. Do you believe in any of them – aliens, lochness, big foot, ghosts, or others? What is your reason for believing?
