Can Bad Sleeping Habits, Like Snoring, Ruin Someone’s Sex Appeal?
When The Morning Mash Up was talking about things that they didn’t find out about their significant other until they moved in together, a lot of people mentioned snoring. A lot of people snore and there’s not much you can do about it, but can snoring reduce someone’s sex appeal? Are there other sleep habits that can make someone less sexy?
Nicole can see how if someone who’s a horribly loud snorer who makes weird noises could make that person a little less attractive. Rich, Stan and Ryan say that a woman who snores like a guy defintely makes her less appealing. It doesn’t have to be just snoring. It could be sleep walking, or sleep talking. Maybe you kenw someone who used to drool, or always steal the sheets.
If you meet someone and find out their a snorer, or have another bad sleeping habit, does it make them less attractive to you?

Does Lindsay Lohan “Own” The Name Lindsay?
Nicole reported in her 411 yesterday that Lindsey Lohan is suing E*Trade for their latest baby commercial (see video 3 posts below) because she claims that they purposely used her name in connection with their “milkaholic” baby named Lindsey. While Rich, Nicole, Ryan & Stan don’t think the commercial is referencing LiLo it did raise an interesting question. Can anyone “own” a name?
Rich thinks there are definitely some people who “own” their first name. For example, if someone said to you, “Kobe” you’d most likely think of Kobe Bryant. Lindsey Lohan however, does not own her name. If you were to say to someone “Lindsey,” a hundred different Lindsey’s would pop into your head.
People like Oprah, Madonna, and Prince definitely “own” their name. All of them are pretty unique, but what about everyday names like Jack and Tom? Who “owns” those names? Who are some people that you think “own” their name? Do you people can even “own” a name?

Are There Rules For Sharing Food?
Touch Nicole’s nachos the wrong way and she’ll end you…
Last weekend, during Nicole’s ski trip, she had dinner with a group of friends and a few of their friends. They ordered nachos that the whole table was going to share. When the nachos got to the table everyone started digging in but there was one person that Nicole was completely grossed out by and very upset at the way they were eating.
Instead of working his way in from the outside, this guy was getting his hand up all up in the nachos, digging his hand in there to make sure he got as much on each nacho chip as possible. Nicole glared at him the entire time. There are rules when it comes to sharing food and he was NOT following them.
Things like not double dipping, not licking your fingers and then using those fingers to get your next bite, letting everyone get a few bites in before you devour the whole plate, etc. When have you encountered someone who did not understand the rules to sharing food? What rules do you follow when it comes to sharing food?

Weird Things You Didn’t Learn About Your Significant Until You Moved In Together
The Morning Mash Up’s intern Eric has been living with his girlfriend for sometime now and mentioned some interesting ticks and habits she has that he never noticed until they lived together. One of them is that she sleeps with her eyes open, which is definitely different.
Nicole said she never realized her boyfriend’s love of dry cleaning slips until she started finding those little pink & purple notes they clip to your dry cleaning all over their apartment. Rich discovered that his fiance’ likes to eat in bed and doesn’t like to eat at the table sitting up.
What funny or weird things did you not find out about your significant other until you moved in together?

Prenups For When You Move In Together: Good Or Bad Idea?
There is a new trend when it comes to living with your boyfriend or girlfriend. A lot of couples that are moving in together are writing out prenuptial agreements called “sweetheart deals,” so that if they break up they know who gets the couch, dog, bed, and everything else that you contributed the apartment. This way the break up doesn’t have any added drama of fighting over who gets what.
Stan and Ryan think this is a great idea. Lay everything out in the beginning and avoid the arguments and animosity at the end. Rich and Nicole on the other hand think it’s a horrible idea. Talk about unromantic and depressing. Your starting off the relationship on a negative note; “I don’t think this will last so we should divy up our stuff now so that when it does end we know who is getting what.”
So it’s unromantic or depressing versus realistic and sensible. What do you think? Are dating pre-nups a good idea or bad idea?

Who Is Accountable When Kids Are In Adults Settings?
While out at a bar watching some college basketball Ryan used some adult language and some parents took offense. They told him to please watch his language because their kids were around. Ryan’s response was why did they bring their kids to a bar, which is clearly an adult setting. Talk about an inappropriate place to take children.
Nicole doesn’t completely agree. When she was watching the Syracuse game with her boyfriend’s friend brought his twins to the bar in full on Syracuse gear. Why can’t you bring the kids along for something that should be fun.
When the kids get exposed to language or behavior their parents didn’t want them too, is it the parents’ fault because they brought them to an adult place that wasn’t appropriate for kids or is it your fault for not being able to control yourself?
